The hotel itself is great, with a nice setting and vibe. The staff at the front desk provided friendly and nice service during check-in/out. The room was small but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location is convenient, close to the tube and easily accessible to the center and other nice areas.

The hotel is conveniently located near two Underground stations, providing easy access to various points in the city. It is also close to the Westfield shopping mall, making shopping a breeze. The rooms are stylishly decorated with a 70s vibe, yet with modern furniture. Breakfast is fantastic and the bar has a cool vibe. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully. The bed is cozy and the room is quiet, providing a good night's sleep.
There were some issues with the service, such as difficulties reaching room service and reception not always being attended.
